Step 1: Finding your wine
There are numerous methods for finding the wine you want and the guide below explains how best to use the website to get what you want.

Keyword search The most straightforward way of finding wine using our website is to use the keyword search box at the top left of the website. Simply type a word or words into the keywords box and click search! For example typing "french red" will find all the red wines from france or typing "rioja" will find all the rioja wines currently on the website.

For a more accurate search try using the name of a wine you want to find
For example typing "veuve clicquot" will find all the wines with the required text in the name.

Simple search
The simple search is located on the left hand side of the website and allows you to select from a number of options to narrow your wine search by colour, country and price. For example by selecting "Red Wine", "Australia" and "£5 to £7" in the appropriate boxes will find all the red Australian wines with a price between £5 and £7. What could be more simple.

The keyword search can be combined with the simple search to provide an even narrower search however it is seldom required as the three menus used together will usually find a suitable selection to match your search.

Step 2: Ordering your wine
Once the search has found the wine you are looking for you can add it to your shopping cart by selecting the quantity you require and clicking the add button.
You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the icon at the top of every page. The shopping cart will show you all of your purchases and the prices and offers/discounts associated with them.

Giftwrap & Gift Boxes Once you have added an item to your cart you can add giftwrap and giftbox options to your order by clicking on the giftwrap option. The giftwrap area allows you to include a message gift tag with your order as well as choosing giftwrap and gift box options.

No minimum order There is no minimum order quantity so you can order anything from a single bottle upwards. All offers are displayed clearly for each wine and are shown in your shopping cart.

Step 3: Registering your details
Once you have added all the wines you require to your shopping cart you can then go to
the checkout by clicking on the checkout button. At this stage you will ba asked to register your details or login if you are an existing member.

New Customers For new customers you will be required to register your details for both payment and delivery. You can register more than 1 address to your account if you need to send products to other addresses. Please note that we only keep your address on file and that your credit card details are not retained.

Once all your personal and payment details are entered and you have selected the address you want to use simply click the go to payment button.


Step 4: Payment
After clicking the go to payment button you will be taken to our Worldpay payment section for secure on-line payment. The registered card address that you will have already chosen should be automatically entered but you can still make changes at this stage. Complete the payment section by choosing the type of card, verify your details and click submit.

An email confirmation will be sent to you to confirming that we have received your order. If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted by telephone to confrim any details.

You can find your wine using any of the methods above or you can contact one of our sales team who will be happy to help you find the wine you are looking for or even suggest some wines worth trying if you aren't sure exactly what you want.

Step 2: Ordering your wine
To order your wine by phone you can give the salesperson either the wine code or the name of the wine. They will then give you a price which includes delivery and ask you for your payment and delivery details.

Step 3: Payment
Telephone payment can only be made by credit card and any card details that you supply are destroyed once the order is complete for security purposes. For any subsequent telephone order you will have to supply the card details again.
